About Janie Veltkamp

Janie Veltkamp is a raptor biologist, educator, master falconer, and federally permitted raptor rehabilitator. She founded and directs the nonprofit Birds of Prey Northwest, educating the public about raptor conservation and treating and rehabilitating wild injured birds of prey.
