About John Carter

John Carter retired in 2000 after twenty-four years as a professor at the University of Minnesota and moved with his wife Kristine Kirkeby to Eugene, Oregon. He has three children. Nowadays, John runs, walks, reads, writes, fishes, canoes, and makes wine.
