About Larry Vila

Larry Vila was born in Salt Lake City, served in the U. S. Marine Corps, and then worked in the trucking industry. He was transferred to California as an executive and when the company closed its offices there, Larry joined the Stockton Police Department. He spent most of his career in narcotics enforcement and retired in 2009.
