About Murrielle McGaffee Wilson

Murrielle McGaffee Wilson was born in White Bird on January 5, 1913 and as an adult settled with her own family in Riggins. For many years a correspondent to the Idaho County Free Press and librarian at Salmon River High School, in 1987 Murielle wrote an autobiography of her early life. After her death in 1994, the manuscript was edited and published a decade later by her son, Billy Jim Wilson. The book is available for purchase by emailing him at [email protected].
